It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and well stocked and the looked new. We had trouble figuring our washer and dryer but we are all seniors citizens. We're not sure if someone before us smoked, but that's what it smelled like. It smacked us in the face every time we walked in. We also wished they had stand-up fans available for the really hot, sticky nights. There are no ceiling fans, so a box fan even would have been nice. The host really thought of everything when it comes to this condo. Bottles of wine available for guests, full kitchen and coffee bar, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs a wagon and all the beach toys kids could need we’re also available. To keep it short and sweet, it was a fantastic trip to HHI and my first time staying in Sea Pines.My only complaint is the and this has nothing to do with the property/owner but the community pool could use some work and some cleaning. Everything was as described. The walk to beach was less than 2 minutes. Very quiet, secluded area away from traffic and busy areas. Twin beds were much more comfortable than the king bed which was pretty firm. The condo was clean, extremely well stocked and the sleeping arrangements exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property to small groups of no more than 4 people. We brought our own Keurig and ground coffee to be sure we could make coffee, hot chocolate and tea. -The security code to access the villa that we received was incorrect.
