1035 Caravel Court is a spacious one-bedroom, 3rd-floor villa with views of the world-famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin & Lighthouse. There is an elevator in the building. Sip sweet tea or enjoy cocktails on the balcony while watching the boats come and go. There is a shared laundry room just across the hall from this villa. Take advantage of restaurants, shops, golf, tennis & water activities, all just a short walk from your vacation "home away from home." Location was awesome, as we have been to Harbor Town many times we appreciated the short walk to the shops and restaurants.One thing we might suggest is it would be nice to have a few coffee pods and creamer available upon arrival for the first morning. Thought you should know that the bathroom door does not close!

We had a great week of Sunsets and Sunrises from this property. Awesome location for relaxing. Great shops and Restaurants walking distance. We found our new favorite Bakery for breakfast right next door, Harbour Town Bakery and Cafe, it's a must stop!

The location and easy access to anything you want to do in Hilton Head is unmatched. A perfect getaway for a couple looking to relax with a great balcony view. Owner was very responsive during registration, and I didn't have a single need during the stay. Will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. It was very quiet and close to everything we needed. The condo was very nice. I would suggest the kitchen appliances be updated and also the shower in the bathroom. I would definitely return to Sea Pines again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed ( super comfy bed!) but it was the view and location that were terrific! We spent hours every day on the balcony watching the boats come and go. Harbor Town is a great location.

I so enjoyed staying on the harbour. Walked to bakery & cafe for breakfast/lunch and to CQ’s & Quarter Deck for dinner. Rented bike to explore all of Sea Pines. Walked to golf, tennis, shops & pickleball. Ideal!

The condo is well equipped. The location is excellent: all of the benefits of Sea Pines and a fine view of harbor activity and Harbour Town. The property manager was efficient, courteous, very responsive to questions, etc.

Obviously a great location with fantastic view. We spent lots of time on the balcony. Facility decor is somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Sliding door to balcony does not lock but not a concern. Bed and linens could be refreshed..Building public areas in great shape.

We were delighted that we were going to stay directly across from the iconic Lighthouse and would be close to our favorite HH bakery and breakfast. But were excellently surprised by the new to us, “pavilion” restaurant and bar complex next to the Lighthouse!! Food and ambiance were great even before considering the twilight view, watching the light of the sun ever changing the wonderful low country view. Already booked a comeback!!
