Nice hotel, great price. A bit close to the red light District for those who wish to avoid, but no problem for those who choose to ignore.

Best Family hotel in the city
This has to be the best place to stay for an American family visiting Nurnberg. Their breakfast has plenty of familiar options as well as local ones. The restaurant is great is you've worn yourself out and don't feel like venturing out with the kids who need a rest. Only large room I've ever seen in Europe. Can't say enough good things.

Nice Place to stay
We had a great stay at the hotel. There was a long line to check in and a long line to checkout. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The hotel internet was subpar but maybe because there was so many people staying there for the Christmas market.

Fantastic stay, hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the city and Xmas market (10-15 walk to the market) hotel bar and food really good and well priced. Staff really helpful and pleasant.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. Clean with great service. Easy walk to U-Bahn and to all the attractions if the Altstadt.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was in the old town and made the area very walkable. There was a very nice restaurant in the hotel where we had a nice dinner. Breakfast was served buffet style with cooked to order eggs and was very good. Staff were very nice, friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable modern hotel.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Very happy with our stay. Also in a central location a few minutes walk from the main sites and shopping area

Bad experience with all but 1 staff members.
Everyone at the front desk were rude and confrontational ( With a big exception of Mr. Garcia - he was helpful and should teach a course in etiquette and customer service, even empathy). When he assisted me I felt well taken care of. Everyone else I came into contact needs lessons in manners.

We had a really great and spacious family room! A large room with a bunk bed in a corner a couple of sofas to sit and a really cool TV turning around. We only stayed for the night. Good location in the centre of town, I would definitely go back again next time we are in the area

Great location in the old town area. Spacious , clean rooms. Great breakfast and overall great value for money. Only issue was that the wifi was extremely slow and I was not able to get any work done.

We loved our stay. When we arrived our room was not ready (got there 30min before check in).waited 30min and checked again at check in time and were told it’s still needs 30 min but after asking if another room would be available and checking with the cleaning staff we got our keys and checked into our room about 15-20min later. We had a room with king size bed. Room was specious and the bed and pillows very comfortable. It was quiet and the A/C was nice and cool. There was a dark spot on the carpet and in the corner of the shower plus the tub did not drain properly but overall it was very nice. Will stay there again.

Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms (especially enjoyed the suite connecting room with the children, so much space!) and has everything you need. Complementary drinks were welcomed. Breakfast lovely and plentiful. Location is a bit out there and was definitely a bit dodgy being near to the red lights, returning to the hotel later in the evening. Security guard at the door which helped ease any worries. But more than made up for in hotel quality and proximity to the centre of town.

Positive: large, clean, well-appointed room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Not so positive: terrible Internet connection, floating in and out, and - when available - very weak; hair drier didn’t work, telephone calls to reception were not answered; neighborhood is quite sketchy: 50 meters from a “red windows” area, loud people outside.
