Good clean hotel

Nice hotel. Not many restaurants within walking distance so driving is required.

Medical trip

I couldn't have stayed more than the one night during warm weather. The room was very warm which made it hard to sleep. The ac units need upgrade or cleaning. Their output was not good.

The room was nice, plenty of space even traveling with kids. The breakfast however was horrible. They even have a large sign posted in their breakfast area: "Only 2 items allowed per hotel guest." I've never seen something so ridiculous! They had microwaveable egg biscuits in plastic packaging, dry cereals, watered down waffle mis to make your own, plain bagels, a few yogurts,a few green apples, and prepackaged oatmeal. My son had gotten yogurt and it obviously had been frozen before because the consistency was nasty. Their coffee was worse tasting than crummy gas station coffee. Honestly their breakfast was one of the worst we've had and we are pretty easy going traveling as much as we do so if you want a nice breakfast the next morning go across the street to the Holiday Inn.

The only thing good were the comfortable beds.

Posted 06-Dec-2015
Pros: Comfortable beds. Central location. Bhagavad Gita.
Cons: Replace that bathroom door! Get a quality coffee maker. Be generous with the bathroom amenities.
Location: Easy access to I-85 and I-40.
Door to bathroom was significantly damaged, dirty and poorly repaired. It looks like someone has to be rescued from the bathroom or there was a large dog that damaged it. Missing faceplate on electrical outlet under side table; hazardous. Dirty office chair. Marks on the walls. No coffee makers in rooms (but listing did not indicate such). Lobby coffee maker was broken and even when repaired, produced putrid coffee. (Bring your own coffee maker if you are a coffee lover.) Room had local visitor's guide, but it was over-used (page corners bent, etc.), lobby staff could not produce another one. Continental breakfast was poor quality. Bathroom amenities were inadequate; one shampoo and one bar of soap for two guests. Tissue quality was poor.

Heather at the front desk was less then nice or helpful actually very rude and condescending... Breakfast was empty by 9:15 and the juice machines were out of order...THE ONLY THING NICE I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT BRITTNANY THE MORNING FRONT DESK CLERK WAS VERY NICE AND THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN....

It had a smell and the room was a little small. However for the price it was not to bad.
