We had a great time, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. We travelled with kids and they enjoyed all the activities/snacks they had for them and the little play area. We were right on the edge of dotonbori so easy to access a lot in the area and also a major train stop nearby. The staff were very nice and gave us a lot of information and recommendations. We definitely recommend this hotel with so many amenities.
