I highly recommend this place. I stayed 10 nights and it was perfect. Staff very professional and friendly. Spacious room. Excellent desk area for work in the room. Good wifi. Pool is a bit small but good. Overall 5 stars well deserved.

Estadia tranquila com café mediano
Cama ampla e confortável, porém, cortina e lençol manchados. Café da manhã precisa ser melhorado ( pães, bolos, croissant e pão de queijo duros dando a impressão que não eram de fabricação recente). Funcionários educados.

Razoável, frigobar vc precisa comprar as coisas na recpcao até sem problemas mas eles não avisão e se não consumir tudo eles não aceitam devolução do q não consumiu te obrigando a pagar. Tampa da válvula de descarga quebrada, ar condicionado com cheiro desagradável.

Gostamos de estar com eles.
Estivemos (casal) no Comfort de Bauru para o natal de 2021. Ficamos em um apartamento de fundos, no primeiro andar, muito silencioso, sem qualquer tipo de perturbação sonora expterna ou proveniente da atividade do próprio hotel. O quarto, com duas otimas camas de solteiro, é espaçoso com um armario que atendeu às nossas necessidades, e que ainda continha um cofre padrão. Há tambem uma espacosa escrivaninha com tomadas acessíveis e também tomada para cabo de rede, além do bom wi-fi. O banheiro é espaçoso, muito limpo, box blindex e ótimo chuveiro. O café da manha é OK, um padrão da região, mas com itens sempre reabastecidas. Fica na principal avenida da cidade, tem garagem no subsolo de fácil acesso. O staff é agradável, atento e prestativo. Gostamos de estar com eles.
