"It was a good room for new years eve. They just dont warn you that they set off fireworks next to the hotel so that was a surprise. The parking however is terrible. "

"The hotel's location is excellent, although it lacks parking facilities. It is worth mentioning that the hotel imposes a rather exorbitant fee of $75 for 24 hours of valet parking, which may not be the most convenient option for guests seeking quick access in and out of the premises. On a positive note, the room itself was pleasant and spacious. However, it is imperative that the overpriced snack bar and beverages be reconsidered. While there is a gym within the hotel, there are numerous other options in the vicinity, albeit at a higher cost. The gym facilities seemed rather outdated, and unfortunately, the Peloton bike did not meet my expectations. Regrettably, when I attempted to seek assistance, the attendant appeared too engrossed in their phone to provide any help. On a more positive note, the valet personnel were exceptionally kind and amiable. In conclusion, while the hotel is satisfactory, it is unlikely that I would choose to stay there again."

"We enjoy the happy hour, and just sitting in the lobby. It's very homey. Unfortunately, our room was right by the closet for the cleaning staff, it was very loud in the morning on the 7th floor. Would rather not have to down to 2nd floor for ice at night."

"The hallways abdelevators were very dated. A few walls had some fist-sized dents. However, the room was very clean, updated, and the bed was comfy. Lobby was very nice and inviting. Staff was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. "
