I am sorry your stay was not what you expected. I would have given you batteries for the remote if I had known you needed them. The pot smoking was not from one of the guest, it was from several people who have been hanging around the hotel. If you had called me on the emergency number I could have taken care of that. We don't allow pot on the property and I will handle that if I know. Sorry again!

Good morning, this guest used the room they took showers, they had been laying in the bed and said there was dog hair everywhere. There has never been a dog in the room. I only have a couple of rooms that pets can stay in and that is not one. When the room was looked at after they left, no animal hair was found. What I don't understand is if the room was so bad, why take showers and use the bed. I did offer them another room, he said he wanted to stay but his girlfriend was not happy with either room. The second room was also so inspected and there was one spot of dirt in the room that was missed when mopping. There would have been nothing I could have done to make the girlfriend happy. He said he wanted to stay but the girlfriend did not. Most people look at the room before they decide to use the room and then if there is something wrong I can try to fix it.

I am sorry you did not see the key, but your paperwork and key were placed in the box. I talked to you on the phone and I told my replacement I had spoke with you. and she did put them in the box If you had called me back I could have told you where they were. This morning when I got back I took your key and paperwork out of the box. And I wondered why you had not gotten them, but they were there. Sorry for the mix up, I wish you would have called me. Mr. Perkins I am very sorry your stay with us was not what you hoped it would be. The only problem I was told about was the TV and I was working on getting it fixed. Other than that you did not say anything else was wrong. I apologized about the remote not working and was trying to take care of that. If there were other problems I wish you would have told me and I certainly would have taken care of them. Again I am sorry your stay here was not what you expected.
