Receptionist was odd stating “we were taking over her hotel by checking in and she is exhausted from everyone all day.” Hotel was nasty and out of date. Smelled like smoke so bad, public women’s bathroom had a taped sign stating no men in women’s restroom? Which was creepy. Pool and jacuzzi’s broken. Just gross hotel No wall art Way out of date Stunk so bad

We are repeat guests - our second stay after one year. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good and prepared just right. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were hard and lumpy. The bathroom seems to be a consistent issue. There were no toilet paper rollers to hold the toilet paper rolls in place. There were not enough sets of bath linens for everyone. The trash cans in the dining area need to be monitored as they fill up very quickly. Thank you.
