We had a lovely stay at Hunton Park hotel. A 5 minute drive to The Harry Potter Studios which made the whole trip really convenient and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of options to suit all needs. The highlight was the pool and we were happy that we were able to access it despite the signage suggesting there were swimming lessons taking place. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the area.

My stay here was fantastic and Hunton Park has the BEST staff! On my second night, I faced complications with the sink in the bathroom. The receptionist personally assisted with the sink and offered to move me to a new room down the hall. I faced the same issue in the next room and the receptionist was right there to assist. The receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate and upgrade my new room at no charge to me. All the staff members I met were fantastic and so kind. My stay was great! They go above and beyond!

The staff were very helpful had an issue with are room and they were quick to try and sort it. The staff were very friendly. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this hotel but I would defo stay here again there is no negativity coming from me also the beds were very comfy. 😊

I did not like the fact that I paid £41 for a simple bottle of white wine. I thought this was well over the odds. The Hotel itself was lovely in an ideallic setting and the staff were quite helpful albeit stressed as the Hotel was clearly overbooked judging by their conversations.

Good stay beside minor details.
Very lovely and helpful staff, room was good. Only issues were some stains on the bedsheet, shower head seemed I'll fitted and not hot enough and the bathroom door was eroded at the bottom due to probable water damage. But I would definitely stay again, amazing views and the room looks very fancy, hotel itself felt high end.

Dinner and room were fine. Bit strange to have to go to the bar to get drinks when we were having dinner at a table (after we'd had to ask to be sat at a proper table and not on a sofa!) Wasn't able to access the swimming pool and staff not overly helpful when I tried to have it opened so gave up on swimming. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee unpalatable and the most solid egg yolks i've ever come across! Sausages and toast good!

Looked amazing from the photos but the rooms were less than impressive - bathrooms not cleaned properly, marks on walls and floors, walls very thin, leak stains on roof, broken guttering dripping all night, lights not working around bed, housekeeping staff chatting outside the room at 7am waking people up. Poor lighting in car park. Location good and staff pleasant however. Avoided breakfast as too expensive. When I check in, do I really need to sign in 6 places on the same form?

This is a wonderful property but we were in the wing that was being re carpet and the smell of glue was strong and we were woken with shouting and yelling as the carpet fitters started working at 7am.

Splif found in room when turned up which made the room smell with no options to move as fully booked. First night got woken up at 2am by a drunk party in room next door. Which to be fair the staff sorted straight away and gave half our money back. But as a whole the hotel seemed run down since we stayed a year ago. Swimming pool very run down.

Setting and outward appearance nice. Room was dirty. Breakfast however was nice as was the bar. Shower flooded bathroom.
