I arrived at 5 pm during a week day and struggled to find a parking space. The hotel was full.
At check in again several people were in front of me at the queue but there were three receptionists so I did not have to wait long.
I noticed that every person at the queue was being shown were the lift was so I was a litttle bit surprised that at my turn the receptionist said ‘you know where you are going, right ? ‘. I had been to the hotel before so that was not an issue but I was not told that there were a second lift down the corridor that would take me to my floor and was literally next to my room. Instead I entered the lift and walked all the way around until I found my room.
The bedroom was really spacious (room 283) and a king suite. It was very well laid out with a small bathroom, large living room, bedroom and main bathroom.
I noticed a large crack around the bedroom window , the door separating the bedroom from the living room would not close as one of the doors was out of its runner, two lights off in the main bathroom.
The hot water took ages to come and I was about to give up the idea of having a shower to try the bath taps when I realised the water was heating up.
Plenty of amenities were offered . I found a hair at the corner of the shower wall but apart from that I had a good shower.
There were two bottles of water at the desk but I had no idea if complimentary or not as there was no info .
The room felt cold throughout the night. The bed was comfortable.
