I asked king bed. There were 2 single beds joined up It very uncomfortable to sleep in the middle I was told it zip mattress not sure what they were saying

Free parking is a bonus, staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom needed a thorough clean! Have stayed twice now and each time I've been told to dial 0 for reception on the phone in my room but never had a phone both times staying in different rooms.

It was clean and the bed was comfy. However the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold and the hotel is in need of modernisation.

The accommodations are very basic, but clean. My shower was not easy to use. No working fan in the loo. The parking situation isn't idea. However, the staff were amazing. Absolutely could not have been better!

Needs updating
Reception was very new and clean, the breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared. The rest of the hotel was dated and needed a update, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Not a good experience
Room too hot, had to have windows open the whole time, so no sleep due to noise from road. Room very dated, mold on net curtains plus hole in them, stains on carpet, appliance checks 6 months out of date. Howver, desk staff were very helpful, reception & bar area was modern & clean. Stayed in a few Best Western Hotels up & down the country this is definitely at the bottom of the list. The only good thing was the location.

I was charged extra £5 £or "kigsize bed' instead of twin singles.. .all tgey did was push the 2 single beds together & pretended it was a kingsize...Awful!

The Reception Staff were Outstanding. Friendly, Professional and Fun. The Room was NOT worth the Room Rate asked. However, after redeeming my Expedia Points, though I would have liked to keep those for my annual holiday, the Price I actually paid was fair.

Floor being laid all afternoon and then again 1st thing thing in The morning, we had an interconnected room with people we didn’t know, could hear everything, the bath Matt provided in the room was filthy really dirty made me feel sick, and people smoking drugs in the hotel smoking area in The evening just outside our window, when we left I wasn’t even asked if everything was ok, just u wanna check out, bye!!

Comfortable and quiet night, restaurant has a good selection of food a=of a good standard. The breakfast team were helpful and the receptionist very welcoming.

Very disappointed. The carpet looked filthy, stained so I was so pleased I had my slippers with me. There was no soap in the dispenser by the shower. Fortunately the bed linen was clean.

Limited parking options and despite hotel offering a voucher for the Gade car park, the voucher did not work. The bathroom was old and the heating was on high and couldn’t be turned down. The shower head fitting was faulty and fell off so the shower head struck my head. However the staff were lovely and friendly
