"This place i think is mostly for university students living away frim home. The rooms have everything one needs, ecm en a small kitchen with stovetop fridge and microwave. A wardibe with room to hang dresses not just a short one. A desk and co fy bed. And a tv i never used. A nice size bathroom with a great shower. "This is an Axel hotel so I expected certain amenities and support. The room was great and spacious, as well as finely equipped. The pool area was good but lacked services like food and drinks. There was no rooftop scene to get into at night. Recommendations about bars and nightlife were severely lacking. There were a couple small touches at the pool area, like a small glass of champagne was served once while I was there. Could be an amazing property with a few enhancements being made. Location cannot be beat. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! The property and area very safe day and night. There were a few restaurants right around the corner with a very local vibe."

"Iconic hotel on La Concha beach. Can't beat the location! Staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet so yummy, although not inexpensive. The restaurant and bar staff on point. Front desk team helpful. Concierge, while a lovely person, gave a few recommendations that were "duds." The hotel is "older" and we had some issues with our air conditioning maintenance responded changed filters, but it never got to a temperature that was cool enough for us; but it was also a heatwave, so I assume the system was stressed out. We had an ocean view which was amazing although the room itself was smaller than expected. Large bathroom! Overall, great stay!"

"This hotel is located in a suburb area of San Sebastián but the fact two major bus lines run through the hotel you can take one bus directly to old town or the bus/train station without switching buses . The staff at the lobby cafe is amazing . Eukene made me the most delicious cafe con leche . The hotel breakfast was delicious too . Will be back here next time in San Sebastián . Thank you"
