The comfortable apartment in a modern apartment complex is located between Schloonsee and Baltic Sea beach. To this object belongs a large terrace. Bad ausgeleiert, total unpraktikabler Einhebelmischer in der kleinen Dusche wird ständig mit dem Körper berührt und verstellt). Couchgarnitur völlig durchgesessen. Außenmobiliar verdreckt und teilweise defekt. Fußböden extrem verschlissen. Die ganze Wohnung macht den Eindruck, daß sie vielleicht vor etwa 15 bis 20 Jahren eingerichtet und seitdem immer wieder nur grob gereinigt für den nächsten Gast wurde. Dieses Objekt dient scheinbar nur dazu, möglichst viel Geld bei geringsten Investitionen zu verdienen.
