The comfortable non-smoking apartment with balcony is approx. 50m² and is located on the 1st Floor of the house. The cozy living room is furnished with a couch, a television and a radio with CD player. The kitchenette, which is also in the living room, is equipped with all the necessary utensils, as well as a kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave and coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer. A ladder from the hallway leads to the two sleeping places in the cozy, lockable loft (with roof window) of the apartment. These sleeping places can be booked on request. The apartment has internet access via W-LAN and can be used free of charge. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is already included in the price. There is also a safe for your valuables in the apartment.

The apartments are located in a residential street not far from the Ahlbeck Ostseetherme train stop (approx. 3 minutes' walk away), approx. 350 m to the beach, approx. 300 m to the Usedom Ostseetherme, approx. 150m to the nearest supermarket, bakery, bistro and drugstore. There is a garden with barbecue facilities. Parking spaces are on the property. From September to May (except public holidays) a 6-night carriage ride is included. Rental bicycles are available free of charge, subject to availability (for bookings of 6 nights or more, from October to April).

Arrival is from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
