With its 30 square meters of living space, the apartment can accommodate two people and a toddler up to three years. You can bring a travel cot or rent for a single € 15 with us. In the open living-sleeping area with granite floor, a cozy style mix awaits you. A comfortable leather seating group invites you to relax. The comfortable foldaway bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) ensures a restful sleep. The small kitchenette is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine and a tumble dryer in a common room in the basement are available to our guests for a small fee. In addition, you can use a free Wi-Fi connection during your stay and are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. On the property belongs a parking space to your apartment. A dream apartment to feel good - we look forward to seeing you. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31\. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2005 Dünenresidenz. Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is aligned to the mountain road and offers charming views of the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble was equipped with a fountain made of granite blocks. Wollten wegen Hund extra eine Terassenwohnung zur ebenen Erde. Wenn das Schrankbett ausgeklappt ist, wird es echt eng, wenig Stauraum, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ##### Mando M.
