The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. The hotel staff are gracious and accommodating. They know your name when they speak to you with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. The wines are amazing. I can't say enough good things about Chateau Roslane. But most of all, it's the staff. They wowed me. I was treated so graciously that I immediately felt at home.

"Since we were there off season we were the only guests. Got an upgrade to a very nice Deluxe room. Very nice and authentic place. When you arrive the entrance is a bit hidden in an aisle but good signage, you won’t get lost. There is a public parking lot outside the Medina. Just a few minutes walk away. Google maps tries to send you into the Medina, Nice Moroccan breakfast. "
"Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes."
