"I book Based on price and star rating. Not sure how this is an 8. I showed up to check in just after 2, was told it was 3pm Check in and it was $25 for early. This ain’t Vegas… There were only a few tv channels; breakfast was spotty (at 7am oj was empty, only one biscuit.) I could not get the room cool even though it was only 80 outside. It did cool Off later at night. I’m 70 with bad knees, and this place has no elevator. It tools me two trips up to bring my stuff. I’ve put it on my NO list for Littke Rock. I travel 4 days a week so I’m actually not that picky."

"Never heard from the property manager regarding check in information. When we arrived at the property, the property was not as listed on website. Contacted VRBO immediately. Can not recommend. Horrible experience with host, fantastic experience with VRBO. "
