"I didn't know that Easter weekend was considered off season, so none of the spa amenities (which is why we went) were available. We had to find places off site to get those services.
Only one of the restaurants on site were open more than 1 day of the trip. The more pub style restaurant was only open 1 day and they had no openings if you didn't book a reservation. I have a teenager and the only restaurant of the two that was open, was the more formal one and they did not have enough of a variety of options that would appeal to a teenager, so we only ate where we stayed once and found really nice smaller local establishments in the area.
While they say you can make a reservation to eat at the restaurants, you won't be able to eat in them without a reservation.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, but I wish they had something that listed their off season times, communicated that during off season certain amenities would not be available, or at least provide some services during the off season for people who book at their establishment."
