"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Our whole family had a great experience and we would love to stay again. The communication was excellent and customer service was wonderful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The dishes, pots and pans, coffee, and other things provided came in handy. The only issues we had were the pull out mattress being dirty with what looked like a few dead bugs and crumbs, and no mattress protector on it or provided so we didn’t even use it. The other issue was the washer and dryer panel being loose which caused power connection issues and the washer would short out while in use, stopping mid cycle. It was held together by tape, but not well enough and shimmied itself loose. "
