Really nice stay… comfy bed and clean, seemed a bit quiet but that’s down to January I presume. Good was really lovely although server in the bar area.. this did not really make a difference. Staff were really friendly… so thankyou all for a nice stay.

Reception area was okay, but beyond that it was back to the 1990s for the rest of the hotel. Room was cold, smelt damp and had possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. Decor was dated, bathroom was grubby and dated and the shower was barely a trickle.

Enjoyed our one night stay here. There is plenty of easy car parking. We were made to feel welcome on arrival. Hotel had all you would expect including kettle, cups, tea, coffee etc in the room. Bedding was lovely, but the beds were noisy every time you moved! (Bit weird and not something I have experienced before). Nevertheless still had a good nights sleep. Bathroom was clean, with provision of lovely big towels and free travel size toiletries. We ate in the bar area and there were plenty of choice. All staff were friendly, efficient and polite. Would stay again.

Not the standard we expected.
The good Ground floor twin room, excellent for accessibility. The great Desk staff were lovely. The disappointing Beds really noisy when you turned over! We woke each other frequently. Breakfast was shambolic - never more than one staff member, dirty tables, empty food areas, no cutlery or mugs.. Very disappointing. Bar staff were keen but the bar was massively understaffed and queues were frequent and long.

Nice hotel for the price, with free parking.
Nice hotel. Nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for. Plenty of free parking spaces. Nice and safe location. Breakfast options (buffet) was adequate for the price. Quality of food is good too.

Recommended. Well worth the price we paid, pet friendly. Staff were always on hand and helpful. Only grip is that there was only 1 milk per person in the room. 2 would be better to save the trip to reception. Only on departure did we find the socket by the bed. I did want to charge my phone overnight next to me. Breakfast was amazing with plenty available of fruit, cold meats and cooked. Definitely will return

To be honest, for the price I was charged. I would expected a well decorated Room. It had paint peeling from the ceiling. And most hotels have air conditioning, it was most uncomfortable sleep as we were too hot. We found a fan in the wardrobe the next morning. I wouldn't choose this hotel again. Even though the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good hotel
Spacious room, clean. Only two set of towels provided but 3 of us in the room. Beds were not the most comfortable. Really friendly staff. Helpful when it came to the food for our toddler who has allergies. Breakfast was ok - was told it would be served from 7 but not everything was out for 7 and there was no one around for a while to ask for gluten free bread or dairy free milk. So a bit disappointed with that.

Not good enough for a suite!!
Shower low pressure, toilet seat wouldn't stay up, had to unplug tv or fridge to plug in kettle, one of the reading lights did not work, main bed extremely uncomfortable and very creaky pull out bed was at such an angle we had to re adjust it to be flat. Not enough pills

Looks nice… but that’s about it. :(
Super comfy beds and a great welcome. Bar service good. Rooms tired, dated and no plug sockets next to bed. Bathroom old, tired and dated. Freezing cold in bar/restaurant. Breakfast offerings limited and all buffet items cold. For over £130 a night, I certainly wont be returning.

UPDATE: Still no response from Delta or hotels.com
Firstly I had to take 3 showers and shave during a 2 day stay without any hot water. The heater in the room did not work either and only 2 pillows no extra bedding in the room. An unnerving and considerable security presence at the hotel was explained due to refugees having been fighting amongst themselves. The fire alarm was activated once on an evening and once early morning with groups of children and teenagers present in corridors. I think Marriott have to ask are they running a hostel or a hotel here as there needs to be a differentiator and stick with one or the other. At present this is not a 4 Star hotel and I was told there was no management available to review my complaint so I felt sorry for the receptionist. Only positive was the gym and the dinner wasn't too bad.

Comfortable Hotel with Ample Parking
I have stayed at this hotel before and it was not particularly good, but there has been an update to the hotel and it is certainly a lot better. I have very few issues to report; comfy beds, quiet room, decent TV, charging points, nice bathroom fixtures and fittings, powerful shower. Breakfast was splendid with a large selection of hot and cold items, and a toast-maker. The staff were really attentive and deserve my thanks. Only negatives are a lack of available 13A 3 pin sockets, a lack of decent bright lighting in the room and a very slow lift (but personally I took the stairs anyway).
