Customer service is excellent. Lovely clean room with great amenities . Good breakfast. Perfect location convenient for shopping and restaurants

The room was rather cramped . Couldn’t get past the bed especially when the desk chair was out. The wooden edge around the bed made it even more difficult. In fact I have an extremely large bruise on my shin caused by this. There were no chairs to sit on, only the one at the desk which was a problem to withdraw due to it’s proximity to the bed. The bathroom however was excellent! The room was quiet, overlooking the graveyard! The bed was extremely comfortable. There was no de caffeinated tea in the room and only soy milk. Breakfast on Sunday morning was a disaster! We had to order tea three times before we got any! After waiting about 45 minutes our breakfast arrived. I has asked for soft boiled eggs. When they arrived, in a small bowl rather than an egg cup, they were almosraw. I then had to wait almost thirty minutes for their replacements. No one came to enquire how our meal was, or if we needed anything. We had needed butter, but went without! Breakfast on Saturday had been much more well organised. The location of the hotel was great and the staff were pleasant. It was the organisation of the staff that was at fault. Despite the negativity, we would stay again!

Front desk guy was quite helpful & nice. Loved the heated bathroom floor. Bedroom amenities excellent!

On arrival we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly lady on reception. She told us our room had been upgraded. The suite we were given was on several levels and was fantastic. We were attending a wedding so only ate lunch and breakfast in the hotel, but both were superb. The hotel is in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Efficient reception and nice rooms but the bar service and restaurant/breakfast service needs improving. Evening restaurant service not attentive, forgetting our bottle of wine and actual meals came out quickly..too quickly! Breakfast didn't receive any toast and had had to ask twice for tea/coffee...disappointed

Good hotel but poor service and food

The welcome was very poor and the food in the restaurant also poor-people were complaining either side of us too. The room was clean and good size and the bath excellent.
