Hendo Rancho on the Ecusta Trail vacation home is in the ideal location for exploring downtown Hendersonville or staying for a few months for a work/play stay at a special monthly rate.

Easy walk onto Main Street Downtown Historic Hendersonville. Downtown Main Street is lined with over 20 restaurants, wine shoppes, craft breweries, art shops, Mast General Store, aquarium, Hands On Museum for family time and much more!  Check out the painted Ceramic bears, and the forever flowering trees, bushes and hanging plants along your walk around town.

Note, this is a remodeled, ranch style home, not a modular.

Spacious Living space includes sectional couch, reclining chair and Smart TV.

Eat-in Kitchen boasts a very nice wood high top table for six or more, and high top padded chairs.

The Kitchen is very well equipped including Ice/water in refrigerator, Drip and Keurig Coffee Maker, Dishwasher and all you could want in a Chef's Kitchen.

At one end of the house, your Primary bedroom offers King Bed, brand new Smart TV and an ensuite bath with walk in shower, vanity, bureau and shelves and hangers and plenty of fresh linens and extra pillows and blankets.

At other end of the house

Guest Rooms #2  offers Queen Serta Perfect Sleeper, bureau, side tables with lamps and closet

Guest Bedroom #3 offers  a Queen Sleep Number Bed to adjust to your comfort, side tables and closet and luggage racks.

Guest bathroom offers tile tub-shower, vanity and plenty of fresh, clean towels and toiletries.

NOTE:  Extra private room includes desk and small couch, room for your yoga time,  and we can bring an air mattress in for 7th or 8th  guest if you request it ahead of your stay.

Laundry Room offers washer and dryer, some detergent, iron and ironing board.

Only 2 steps into house, all living space is on 1 level.

There is plenty of parking for 3 cars in the front parking area.

Very nice stay! We had a great relaxing time at the house. House is roomy with all the amenities. Comfortable beds and pillows. My fur babies enjoyed there stay as well. See you soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hendo Rancho! The property was in a great location and very well appointed with everything you would need. The beds and linens were excellent. The property manager went above and beyond with communication and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again!

What a nice stay in Hendersonville! The owner was so helpful and lots of extra touches. We wanted to stay close to downtown so we could walk around easily, just fyi for others, it is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise, it wasn’t a bother to us at all though. The house was very comfortable for the three of us and easy drive to beautiful hikes. Can’t say enough about the great communication from the owner, refreshing!

This home is deceiving larger on the inside and updated. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds comfortable. One room is conveniently dedicated for an office. It is walking distance to restaurants and not far from grocery stores and Main St downtown. We had our fur baby with us and we were provided with a sanitation station, bowl and coverings for the sofa and bed. Julie WNC rental agent has been very helpful and has great communication.

We had a wonderful stay in Hendersonville. The property is perfectly located near restaurants, grocery stores, a brewery, and is just a short walk to downtown. The house was clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home in a fantastic location. Within half of a mile of 4 major grocery chains. Easy walking distance to a brewery and many restaurants. Very short drive to downtown Main St Historic District.

This house could not have been any better or nicer. It literally is 2 minutes from downtown Hendersonville! The house was super clean and felt so welcoming! Me and my husband booked this getaway for both our parents and us to go to the mountains for the weekend! Julie the property manager was so kind and sweet to work with! If you want some where to stay in the mountains this is the place!

My grown daughters and I planned a girls getaway in beautiful Hendersonville. The house was clean and welcoming with caring details that were so homey. The house was much closer to the main street downtown than I expected which was very convenient. We will most definitely return!

We really enjoyed staying here. The LR was cozy and a great way for our family to start the day together deciding what to do and ending the day with a glass of wine. All 6 of us were comfortable here. Lots of nice touches in this house and very comfortable beds.
