BEGONIA 2, on the heights of Hendaye you will appreciate the location of this property on the ground floor of a secure residence with parking space and collective swimming pool open in season.  
  
This apartment consists of a living / dining room with equipped kitchen area and sofa bed opening onto a small furnished terrace.  
  
The night area consists of a large bed and a bathroom with washing machine.  
  
An outdoor parking space will complete this set.  
  
This accommodation is ideally located near the beach center of Hendaye and 2 steps from the 2 twins train station.  
  
Ideal for a quiet vacation, only 1km from the beach and shops, less than 2km from the city center and 3km from Spain.  
  
Collective swimming pool open from June 30 to September 1 depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance work.  
  
To pay the tourist tax and a deposit via Swikly or by credit card.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

#### Ne vaut pas son prix !!

L'emplacement de ce logement est intéressant. A 10 mn à pied de la plage et du centre.... et c'est son seul atout. L'appartement est vétuste ! plus qu'il n'apparait sur les photos, où aucunes améliorations n'a été faite depuis longtemps. Je passe sur les étagères de la salle de bain qui tienne avec des cotons tiges, et les stickers décoratifs d'un autre âge sur la baie vitrée. Chaque locataire apporte sa touche en laissant quelque chose, mais aucun tri n'est fait. De plus, les logements sont proches les uns des autres ce qui génère une promiscuité assez forte. En cette semaine de 15 aout où les familles espagnoles étaient présentes, mieux valait apprécier la présence d'enfants bruyants ! Enfin, la propreté laissait à désirer, malgré la notice explicative très longue et complète sur les obligations d'entretiens à respecter lorsque l'on quitte le logement…. Ce qui prête à rire ! C'est donc à se demander si le propriétaire ou le gestionnaire viennent de temps en temps dans ce logement qui ne vaut pas le prix auquel il est loué !
