The room was not clean and I don't mean a little dusty here and there, it was dirty all over the place e.g. stains in the bed linens, etc.

Dirty, worn out, place to sleep
What can I say, it’s a place to sleep. Room was not clean, right next to my bed on the floor a bloody bandage, and bathroom smelled like sewer. It’s low budget sure, but I did not expect 30 eur hostel level. I chose it for location, but will not in future.

Excellent. FREE parking, laundry and internet. But not a single person on site to reply for any questions you might have. I had to wait from 9 AM (when I made a reservation) to 15 PM to have the door code sent by email. (I was tired after driving about 500 miles since Rovaniemi, Lapland).

A nice place to stay
Close to metro station, supermarket. The place is decent and clean. Bed is comfortable. If they can add a separate sink for washing dishes and food, that would be nice.

The room was a decent size. The wash basin in the bathroom was really small considering the plates etc also needed to be washed there. It is located at a convenient walk to the train station. Though the place was otherwise clean, there were a lot of hair on the throws on the beds. Our overall stay was okay.

We were very pleased with this hotel.Two minute walk to the supermarket.Five minute walk to the train station and a lovely Nepalese restaurant by the station.The hotel was clean and perfect for a city break.Would definitely stay here again.

Entry with a code
Hotel is basically a self service hotel with key codes to access house & room. It offers the facilities described in the description. Outside is typical East Helsinki and the hotel facilities are in a relatively OK shape. Inside the room was in clean beyond any complaint. Free parking places exist, but are limited in numbers. Good hotel in it's class.

All was acceptable i think it is a bit harsh to change 9.90€ to bookin 2 hours early. The laundry room needs a iron to iron our clothes

Budget aparthotel, but comfy and good facilities.
This was my second stay Forenom Aparthotel Helsinki Herttoniemi, and it was just as good as the first time. Great transport links to the hotel and easy to find. Forenom send an email in advance od your arrival time with a unique code for entry to the building and your room. The room itself is not huge, but has comfy beds, a fridvmfe, kettle and microwave, a desk and all cutlery, plates etc you would need. Heating floor in the bathroom and plenty if hot water. In conclusion, you could stay on a lot worse places! I travel to Helsinki ecery 3 montha and dont plan to stay anywhere else.

I've stayed here several times before, and like the convenient location to public transport and local shops. The addition of a few coffee sachets was a nice surprise, as buying a pack for a few days would be a waste. The only thing that could improve my stay would be an extra pillow. I was staying as a single, so there was only one.

Convenient and functional
Convenient location close to metro; several grocery stores nearby but few restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Seemed clean. Nice to have coffeemaker and microwave in room as well as access to shared kitchen. On this occasion, the door to my room was stuck shut so that it required a lot of force to open and at first I thought it was not working, and the wifi was somewhat intermittent, but I had not had such issues on a previous stay (in a different room). I would stay there again.

Not bad at all.
Basic, yet comfortable and quiet apartment style room. Includes microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, cutlery, plates, glasses and also cleaning equipment. Plenty of hot water and heated floor in the bathroom. Not the most luxurious but a lot for the budget. Will stay here again in the future.

Nice building but poorly managed
The management of the hotel did not relate to me well. From the day I checked in, my room was never cleaned nor were my towels changed...... calling the 24/7 customer service was a nightmare. Don’t think I will love to stay with you next time.

Dreadful customer service.
The hotel was supposed to text me the door entry pass code at 4pm By nearly 5 pm I had not received it & was left standing outside in the cold & snow. My son who lives in Helsinki phoned them & was told that they would text it to me immediately but they didn't. I then phoned them myself & was told my reservation had been cancelled as I had not paid which I had on the 28th September. I offered to give my credit card details but they refused the offer. My son managed to log into my home computer e-mail site & found that this is where they had sent the pass code. What is the point of sending it to my computer after I had left the UK to fly to Finland? This wasted almost 2 hours mostly standing outside in the snow & cost me almost £10 in phone charges. I doubt if I will ever stay there again.Why did one person say the pass code would be sent and another person said I had not paid?

Different type of hotel
Stay started off a little rocky since the code to enter the hotel and my room was not sent by phone. But, everything was sorted out by the exceptional receptionist once she showed up. Functional hotel about 5 miles out of town but there is a metro nearby.
