(14 reviews) The hotel is ideally located, just a five-minute walk to the Pyramid Complex via the back entrance. It is a small boutique hotel that offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel efficiently arranged the airport shuttle pickup. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, and all staff members spoke excellent English. Aya at the front office demonstrated outstanding communication skills, and the Operations Manager, Zain, did an excellent job in making our family feel genuinely welcomed. The entire team was consistently courteous and always smiling throughout our stay. The rooftop breakfast was excellent and offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the pyramids.
