Dear anonymous,Thank you for your feedback. I am quite embarrassed to have missed a couple of details when cleaning. I am so sorry that it was too warm as well. Usually the air conditioners do a great job, had I known you were uncomfortable, I would have done everything possible to remedy the problem. I take great pride in keeping my bed-and-breakfast very clean and my guests comfortable. Clearly, I made a couple of mistakes during your visit. I will take this too heart and try not to make any more mistakes. Thank you for making me aware.

Hello again, I am now responding to your second consecutive review. As you noted, I upgraded you to a large suite (with no added charge). You arrived two hours before check-in time, I welcomed you and was happy to accommodate you in the sunroom with a glass of wine while you waited. I was able to get you into the large suite at the same price well before the official check in time. When I showed you the suite, you said you liked it very much. You were very tired after many hours of driving, consequently, I was hoping to get you into a room as soon as possible so you could rest. It would have been necessary to wait another hour until check-in time to get into the queen room. We discussed the courtyard area being under construction and you expressed no concern. Due to the construction, the outside area was not perfect, although they were many other outdoor areas that were in excellent condition that I invited you to enjoy. I even offered you my personal parking space so that you could drive right up to your door. In your review, you talked about the outside area not being clean, that was due to the construction. Both mornings you complimented me on my breakfasts and except for the room not having a converter for international travelers as well as the king bed being higher than you would prefer, you expressed no dissatisfaction. When I asked, you said the bed was very comfortable. In the first of your two reviews, you said that the room was clean, in the second review, you said that the room was not clean. I take pride in providing very clean rooms for my guests. I hope that you find the rest of your trip through beautiful Montana enjoyable.

I am sorry that the usb converter was not available and I appreciate your advice that I acquire one for the room. As you noted, your room, located in one of two carriage houses is large, beautifully appointed and and also very clean. However, there is remodeling underway in a near by carriage house. I do the best I can to keep that area tidy. I hope you can visit again when the remodeling is finished. I also hope that you were able to enjoy the spacious outdoor areas that are kept up beautifully for our guests to enjoy.
