they gave a room where the air conditioning was stuck and we could not turn it off. When we demanded another room we were told they were full and we would have to stay in our terrible room. then in the morning we discovered that the shower was disabled. I've never had such a terrible experience. i would never stay here again!

This was the poorest La Quinta I’ve stayed in. Very clean but needs updating badly. Breakfast was terrible although a good variety. Fruit terrible, bananas way over ripe. English muffins mouldy, coffee was like hot water. Orange juice warm. Paid for breakfast elsewhere. Very disappointing for La Quinta

The building and rooms are run down and smell weird. The bathroom smelled like mold. Also really bad pillows and an aging mattess that sinks in the middle. The side parking lot have very little lighting and felt unsafe. The staff were friendly & good.

I wasn’t happy to find the pool being closed, the only reason I stayed here was for the pool. Had I knew the pool was closed I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel… no discount offered

The parking lot was an icy mess with little to no sidewalk clearing. We had to wait until the main lady finished training a new person on whatever they were doing on the computer, instead of checking us right in. Once in the room we were both to uncomfortable to sit on the heavy stained couch or chairs. The carpet was equally as gross. Bathroom was clean though it was supplied with tattered towels. The pillows were hard and the bed was pretty hard too. Lucky for us we were just passing through and only spent a total of 8 hrs in the room. What a dump.

Im staying in helena for work and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and when we asked if they did extended stays she saidnyes but she would need to talk to her gm abt how long we would need to stay! The place us lovely. Very clean, rooms are on the smaller side but are very nice.

Quick in and out...Accesible bathroom was a bathtub with extra grab bars.. not walk in with bench. Vinyl flooring was not warm more suitable for construction crews than elderly tourists. Bed was good ... linens and towels were clean. Breakfast.. the usual stuff.. no fresh fruit. Overall well managed and clean but aimed at a different demographic trhan us.

The room was not clean and the front desk took far too much time to check us in. I have problems with the Pet charge. They put you in a room that wasn’t clean that is meant for pets and charge you $25.00 for no extra work for the cleaner

For the money we spent we expected better. Hall ways were poorly kept. Room was ok but nothing special. I seldom stay in LaQuinta's cause the price is usually more than I want to spend for a night's stay. This experience was far below my expectation.
