We were very disappointed. I booked this hotel for 2 days a week in advance and my name was "not in our computer". Even after presenting my confirmation and calling Orbitz to talk to the front desk, my reservation wouldn't be honored and we were left at 9 PM at night with no hotel and a tired child. Won't be booking here again. I pray it truly was just a glitch and not a case of giving our room to someone else off the street willing to pay more because that's bad business.

Sorry for the problem but your reservation was through orbitz and not direct with the motel.
