"Such a lovely haven to wind down and relax. All the little touches made us feel very welcome - from the friendly personalised welcome message and Easter treats to the decorated hard boiled eggs in the fridge! The Bach had everything you need for a cosy stay at Waiheke Island. Despite persistent rainy weather throughout our stay we had a very enjoyable time and are definitely planning a return visit! "

"Good locations, on 502 bus route with bus stop less than 5min walk. Hosts are not only friendly, also super helpful with our questions. Beautiful place, inside and out. Wish we stay longer , have an early morning to listen to the bird songs. "

"This property is located in such a beautiful spot! Stunning view and beautiful home and very short walk to the beach. The sloped driveway is very steep but there’s a nice path along the side of the house that helps access the property. There is construction next door so if you are looking to sleep in be aware the tradies get started as early as 7am on the days we were there. The management company was quick to respond and were accommodating. There is also some mold throughout the home in the bathrooms for anyone that has sensitivity. "

"Lovely place to rest and refresh, setting is lovely with outdoor access and comfortable furnishings. Hosts are fantastic and hospitality was amazing. Can walk to local shops for food and shopping and beach is nearby, I recommend this VRBO highly!"

"Outstanding views and gracious host! Highly recommend. Location is right by the bus stop which makes it very easy to get into town. The breakfast was a lovely addition. Clean, modern, and comfortable accommodation. "

"The house was comfortable and well equipped. The inside was really nice, but the outside needs refreshing. However there were a few things that were not mentioned in the description. For example, there is a really steep staircase down to a bedroom & bathroom, and the 3rd bedroom that opens to the living area has no access to a bathroom or toilet, you have to go through one of the other bedrooms. There was also a BBQ on the deck, but no gas. And finally there was no introductory note to give information about the house. There was a digital link but it didn't work. So as I said, it was nice enough but I would expect a lot more for the price we paid. Over 600 a day off season!!!!!!"
