This top floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is virtually brand new with 15 foot vaulted ceiling! The building has secure underground parking and is elevator serviced from the parking level to all the floors. It had everything you would need for a home away from home and we would stay again if in the area. The appliances are top of the line, the apartment was spotless, plenty of linens and closet space. Loved the underground garage to be able to stay out of the weather when bringing in groceries. The construction is new; so you do not hear the neighbors and it has AC! Enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the morning looking out over the mountains and seeing the hot air balloons in the distance along with the deer that came to visit in the morning. ##### Christine Z. A minor inconvenience was not having access to the elevator in the parking garage - having to walk around the building. Generally not a huge deal, but would have been much better to have had garage access to the elevator. Comfortable beddings made for easy sleep. Water pressure and hot water temperature made for excellent showers after a long day on the slopes. IT (internet, televisions, etc) operated smoothly and at efficient speeds.
