At that time they will be asked to sign a Guest Registration form and a Pet Acceptance Agreement (if applicable). The community pool is heated in winter months. Guests are to contact Vacasa for any maintenance issues in the unit. Guests are not to contact front desk for unit supplies (towels, soap, laundry det., etc...) They will need to contact Vacasa. If guests arrive early the front desk will store any luggage while waiting for 4:00 check in. They will also be allowed to access the shuttle. 1 vehicle parking per unit.
