"The property could have been amazing! Cool location. Beautiful setting, large spacious room with amazing views. Comfortable, but could have been cleaner. My bedding was ripped a bit, too. Breakfast was help yourself with drinks in same containers purchased from the store. No water. I felt that was unsanitary."

"Relaxing Stay in a Perfect Location! Before we arrived, Missy was so helpful and provided a lot of information about our stay. After arriving, we loved the cottage and its Frontline view of the bay. The sound of the waves was relaxing and we spent a lot of time on the back deck just enjoying them and the view. The cottage has everything you could need for your stay. Check in was easy and check out was as well. No complaints!"

"Quiet setting in Lancaster, Va, with property backing up to a creek. Home was extensively furnished with cooking ware, utensils and all of the other items needed. Plenty of coffee and water were available. Very secluded and private. Internet and TV streaming meet all of my needs. Very comfortable and quiet. Country store for sandwiches and drinks only a couple of miles away. I even rode the Car Ferry to save time when traveling to Kilmarnock, Va, for dinner and drinks. FYI, Car Ferry stops running at 5 pm."

"Ray and Mary were extremely nice and welcoming. Our dogs loved the trip. Weather did not cooperate , but we still had a nice time. Water view from the house is great."

"Jocelyn was an amazing host. She went above and beyond. I've never experienced such hospitality before. Her home and property is also beautiful and well maintained. We felt very at home.We used the house for a 30 person, Micro Wedding. Jocelyn was accommodating for where we wanted to put her arbor arch, she made sure we had an extra trash pick up the day of the event, she also arranged a late checkout so we could relax and enjoy the property after packing up our tables and decorations.We can't imagine a better place and look forward to returning for our next vacation. "
