Good Hotel close to Heathrow

Polite and efficient staff, good rooms and comfortable beds, easy check in and express check out, sumptuous breakfast, good bathroom and shower, on the Heathrow Hoppa H3 and H8 bus route for Terminals 2 and 3. Definitely would recommend

We had a 15 hour layover at the airport. This hotel was close, comfortable and spacious rooms.

Definitely not what I’d expect from Radisson group. Dated, dirty room, terrible service at dinner and breakfast.

I enjoyed my time in the hotel and the helpful staff made it pleasurable.. the only 1 negative thing was it took time to acquire my room due to a long que!! therefore as their were only 3 members of staff serving this caused a delay! However I would visit again as this is just a small thing every other experience was great!!

My Stay at the RADISSON London Heathrow Park Inn

Pros: It was ok. Nothing special. The restaurant is obviously leased out so the food I found was not the best. Had far better burgers in Belgium
Cons: Better food. Allow patrons fair access to taxis not insist on using in house transport or the shuttle. Shuttle is not THE hotel shuttle
Location: Nothing. Place is remote.
DON'T dare tell the shuttle service you want to go to the RADISSON. You will be put onto the wrong bus and spend an hour waiting for the shuttle and then spending time travelling on it only the find the RADISSON is a totally difference hotel. Expedia list the hotel as PARK INN RADISSON or as in this assessment the PARK IN BY RADISSON. NO it is not a Radisson hotel. Don't ask for it. It is only known as the PARK INN. This is a local name and NOT relevant to RADISSON. So don't make this mistake because if you take it up with the Hotel Management they consider you are in idiot and you should have referred to it only by it;s local name as Park Inn....Coming from a different country I was supposed to know this. DON't order a car at the hotel to take you from Heathrow to Gatwick. The hotel car is 85 pound cash- use a credit card and this jumps to 126 pound......Insist on a taxi when asking the hotel staff for transport it will cost you 45 pound. Use the shuttle service though and good luck time wise getting from Heathrow to Gatwick. Otherwise hotel is ok. Not the best I have been in during the past 6 weeks in Europe but is ok.

Staff were good although breakfast was chaotic. The coffee machines were always running out.

Great Heathrow departure hotel

This is a very good, reasonably priced hotel to stay at, the night before you fly. You can drop your car off at the nearby rental return locations the night before. Parking at the hotel may be tight if there is a conference in progress. Comfortable, if basic, room with coffee pot. Great breakfast buffet! Cost was 13 UK pounds. I will continue to use this hotel.

Airport hotel

Pros: Quiet, clean, comfortable room. Convenient location with frequent shuttle.
Cons: Service in bar and restaurant.
The room and food were fine, but the service in the bar and breakfast room not so good. Either grumpy and very slow (lunch in the bar) or over-zealous (breakfast.) I briefly left the table to get food, having left my cardigan on the chair and my place setting to show I was coming back, but all was cleared away and my cardigan taken to reception!
