The 1st two days there. Every evening when we return to the room. The bed was not made and trash not taken out. Dirty towels not replaced either. You have to ask for service instead of it being done automatically. The refridgerator leaked water onto the floor through an already rotted side of cabinet that it was in. The TV got replaced day before check-out.

The overhead light fixture over the sink was cracked and full of dead bugs....broken curtains and broken hangers rendering them useless, the headboard had a gaping rip in the vinyl and apparently you have to request cleaning service... For $246.00 I expected much better than this... I paid less in Vegas and my room was palatial compared to this... Never again....

Tv didn’t work in first room clerk gave a list of codes to try instead of fixing it. Have me another room air conditioner heating unit didn’t work shower water didn’t get hot enough!! Will never stay there or recommend them

It was an ok place to sleep. Great AC and bed was comfortable. Water pressure for shower was below average and temperature of the water was below average. But it’s an ok place to stay.

Lighting was horrible, one lamp bulb missing, bathroom vanity light disgusting, refrigerator stunk wouldn’t use, wind blew in at the door, no anti slip in the tub shower, Luke warm water in the shower, sink was hot, lamp by tv didn’t work

This hotel is dirty, with roaches, and terrible smell, comforter and sheets have cigarette burns. Tv did not work. People party all night long outside rheur doors. I was in my room and heard someone at my door trying to get in. I could hear them putting the card in door to open it. The office had given them keys to my room, unacceptable. Someone else could have walked right into my room. Horrible hotel.

Hell hotel.
The worst experience my husband and I have ever had on a booking. To say it was deceiving is an understatement. Unfortunately we had car problems so we were at the mercy of this hell hole until we could leave the following morning, which did not come soon enough. We have never felt the need to place a chair in front of the door and yet we did. The room was disgusting and bug infested. We could not unpack or even attempt to try to sleep. Toilet lid broken just to mention a few things.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and staff was polite and professional. The bed sheets seemed clean, but the bathroom had a used towel on the door and a hair clump hanging from the faucet. The room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke, and the blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. When I came home my family said I smelled like cigarettes and I have never smoked, nor was I around smokers. Additionally, there was an internal deadbolt, but no safety lock/chain, which should be required especially when door access is to the outside.

Had reservations but arrived and they had one room left which was not the type I reserved. Most everything in the room other than hot water and AC was broken or damaged. Most lights missing bulbs. Only lights in room were one small bed light and bathroom lights. Hotel very neglected, staff friendly but the guests staying there were a mix of prositutes, pot smokers and the rest either had screaming fights all night or played music top volume. Had to sleep and all other hotels were booked so had to deal with it but will not be back. The bed sheets were clean so that was a plus.

11/24 Rm 131 roof in the shower was hanging where you can see the wire in the ceiling. The floor was not swept or mopped at all especially under the bed. 11/25 my room was changed to Rm 134 by the pool. After unpacking I went to put water on my face and I notice in the sink looks like someone vomited in the sink and left it dried up hard. I took a picture and went back to the front desk and he asked me what do I want him to do. I told him I’m tired right now and need some sleep but I wanted to bring it to your attention so he told me to tell the guy in the morning who will be working the front desk. Well I tried to get some rest and the room next to me to the right was having a party and the music was so loud til I couldn’t sleep. So I called the front desk and spoke to the young lady and she was nice enough to walk around to the room next door to me and have them turn the music down but they only turned it down a little. I was going to stay another night but the customer service was not good at all because the guy at the desk who I told about the sink he told me sometimes when the room next door flush the toilet it might come up through the sink. If this hotel knows there is an issue with their rooms why rent them out if there is sanitation and hazardous issues and problems. I would like a refund for my 2 nights. The girl say she will send the picture to her boss but no one reached out to me or refunded the money

The tv had static on every channel. The bed was very hard. The floor in the room was sticky. The lighting in the room was terrible. You couldn't even see the whole room with all the lights on. There was only one lock on the door

Room smelled musty. After settling in, found that the tv worked poorly. The desk attendant tried to help but had no luck. He blamed it on the cable company. We were to be on the second floor, asked for the first floor because of our dog. Because we have a dog, we were charged an additional 20 dollars. For what? Provided no bed for the dog, no treats or TV!! All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Holes on the wall that looked like gunshots With mole exposed. Bathroom door was broken . AC took hours to cool . Mattress and bed sheets had stains . Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Cable tv was outdated by 30 years. Room lamps and tables had Rust .
