Pros: Friendliness and cleaniness
Cons: If something can't be provided, customer can get some of their monies back.
Everything was fine, except that the hotel didn't have any cable the entire night. That was extremely disappointing considering I paid my money for everything.

OK place to stay

This motel might not be for everyone due to the high traffic from railroad personnel, but it isn't a bad place to stay. The room was very clean and quiet. I'd stay again.

NICE AND QUITE HOTEL

Cons: swimming pool
I loved the receptionist well polite and helpful individual was very friendly the community was well polite clean environment the vending machines and laundry mat well kept clean floors and carpet very clean FOR sure I will come back here if I need a place to stay in Hearne Tx

Just didn't appreciate arriving after 3pm and was told there were no clean rooms and it may or may not take an hour. That's after being on the road for 4 hours

Didn't stay. They did not have the rooms we reserv

Bad service the rooms we reserved on line were not available and no manager on site. All my family canceled.

Registration was difficult. I had prepaid for our room through expedia. The hotel tried to charge me again. Said they showed no payment. Very frustating! Room was clean I will say that.

no sleep motel.

Not clean. Someone tried to open my door 2 times and when I told the staff they looked at each other like I was lying and made no comment. The motel was too far from University. I would not stay again.
