"Place was great for our stay. PoolWas great, house was clean and tidy. Very well located to numerous venues up and down the main road. Never had to drive more than 15 minutes without being swamped with food, beer, and wine options. Nice and quiet area as well."

"The property was peaceful and serene. Everything we needed for a week stay was provided. We had a wonderful time picking blueberries, wine tasting, and hiking. The hot tub was so needed after hiking the Gorge Trail. The waterfalls were beautiful."

"Host: Paul is fantastic—super prompt, reachable, and very attentive. He kept us informed every step of the way. 100 out of 10.Property: Extremely clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is open, lighted, and the outside den has plenty of seating. Seamless check-in process! Just a heads-up: it’s on a hill, so keep that in mind for seniors. Lake access is a bit further downhill with a smaller deck, but the views are worth it.A quick word of advice: Consider having a back-up plan for power outages, extra water, candles/flashlights etc. . We arrived during heavy rain to a local power outage. Since key essentials (like water) rely on electricity here, spending nearly 4-5 hours in the dark without running water gave us a bit of anxiety about how basic needs would be met. Paul handled the communication wonderfully, but if you have kids or seniors in your group, it’s worth prepping for this possibility.Overall: A beautiful, remote, and secluded spot. We were 4 couples looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, and this place fit the bill. We would certainly stay at Paul's property again!"

"This cozy cabin offered our family of 5 a home away from home. We lacked for nothing because they had thought of everything (variety of k-cups/tea, chargers and cables, etc) we could potentially forget to bring. Nestled along idyllic country roads, we were able to enjoy quiet nights next to a great fire pit, views of Seneca Lake, and amazing stargazing opportunities with the open skies. A hot tub was available though we didn’t take advantage of it. A bit of caution though, the taller folks may need to keep an eye on the ceiling in the loft. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit my husband’s Alma Mater Cornell."
