The room was not cleaned well at all. The bathroom was dirty; urine was all over the toilet and the bathroom floor had hair that hadn't been swept. The ice bucket had crumbs in the bottom; it hadn't been wiped out at all.

My stay in Vidalia, GA.
The check in, the room condition, and the check out were excellent, but the breakfast was excellent. This was my first time in an Americim Hotel, but it won’t be my last.

The only problem I had with my stay was a small amount of ants were in my room.. It’s a lovely place to stay and everything we needed was right on the main road 💕

There was a dead bug in dresser drawer. I figured they had sprayed for bugs and that one found my drawer. No live bugs. Really didnt bother me. That just tells me their doing what they can do. Have always loved staying there. Love the lobby. Its very inviting

Nice hotel and stay
We stay here regularly when we come in town for family reasons. The room we choose satisfies what we need and the pond view is nice. Always clean and attended to. The only needed updating is the carpet and decor. But we will stay there when we return to town

The blow dryer didn't work, and had to have it replaced, which they did promptly. Everything else, including the free breakfast, was great.

Starting with the lobby, it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was like walking into someone lovely home. The front dest person was inviting and friendly. I was quickly checked in to my room which was just perfect..Clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the full breakfast provided also. More variety than I would expect to find. I also appreciate the good coffee and choices of creamers! So glad I chose AmericInn.
