Our housekeeping staff is very thorough and we have a process in place that ensures rooms are up to our five star standards. We are an older property and there may be tiles with stains that cannot be removed but instead must be replaced which may have been the case in your room. We are 3 minutes away from the Havelock North Village and about 10 minutes from the coast. Guests can use our bicycles to ride into town however we do like that our property has the feel of a remote property. We hope to see you again soon.
