NO ELEVATOR! There was freezing rain that caused the road home to be closed. I booked a room using Expedia and when I arrived requested a ground floor room. Was told that even though there were rooms available I had to take an upstairs room at the very end of the hall because that was what I get for not booking directly with the motel. We had several bags and my wife and I are seniors with some physical restrictions. Besides the desk clerk there were two younger male employees that ignored us as we made multiple trips to our room. The desk clerk said that if I hadn’t used Expedia she would be able to work with me but I was just out of luck. I felt like I was scolded and punished for not booking directly with her. The parking lot was less than half full. Definitely will never stay here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND this motel to anyone!

I am not sure how I can help you today other than a complete refund for your stay and my deepest apologizes. Please know I will be changing my schedule to accommodate our incoming guests to ensure this never happens again. I am so sorry.
I'm not sure there is a motel in Havre that you can not hear the trains, this was no exception!

I stay at this hotel every time I come into town. The staff is always great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is also great if you have some time to enjoy it.

We stayed in a pet friendly room. The smell of chemicals was so strong. The bed linens were the strongest. I opened the window to try to get fresh air and the room was right in parking lot so …. Not enjoyable. I would not stay there again due to that smell.

Everything was clean. The staff were excellent, everyone was so friendly. The beds were comfortable and it was soooo quiet at night!

Upon arrival, one of the rooms was already preoccupied by another person. The front desk team worked diligently to get it resolved and after 20 minutes, we had a new room.

I was really upset when I went down for breakfast at 9:15am on a Saturday morning and they had stopped serving breakfast at 9am

I'm saddened you missed breakfast. Did you make mention to the front desk? They can help you out with yogurt, fruit, breakfast bars, cold cereal and anything still hot. I'm sorry you missed the front desk making mention of the times at check in.
