"The apartment was very clean and well-equipped (very nice to have sharp knives). The bed linens and towels were also nice and fresh. Just note the apartment’s proximity to a bar and restaurant, which made the deck a little noisy in the late afternoon and evenings. (There was no noise from pickleball or the bar inside the apartment.)Overall, we had a great week."

"The views were amazing. The house had lots of bicycles, all kinds of water crafts, etc. to be enjoyed. There were very specific instructions on putting cushions away but to be honest a comprehensive list of where every cushion could be found would have been helpful instead of little signs and an overly long walk through call upon arrival. It was almost impossible to remember all the instructions for this, that and the other. A simplified set of instructions would have been more helpful. Also the thing we had the most difficulty with was which switches controlled which lights. We appreciated that the home was available for rent and maybe it was due to this being end of the season but there were some cleaning things /maintenance that didn’t seem to have been done - the air vents on stairs were “gross”, and neither keurig style coffee pot worked. We had a great time but after all the do and don’t lists we commented more than once “what does the paperwork say!”"

"Cleary our best vacation to date! The house had every amenity imaginable and then some. The elevator was a real blessing unloading and loading our cars. Serenity Sunset had bikes for every age, several Kyaks, beach and pool toys, boogie boards...all the entertainment you need. The amazing sunsets on the roof was a family favorite!This was by far the nicest VRBO home we have rented and plan on returning to Serenity Sunset again. The owner of this home took great care with details to ensure a fantastic stay for all who find this gem. We were a family of 8 and the home was so spacious and comfy, which made our vacation just perfect!"

"Aside from some needed updates and a sliding glass door that was difficult to close, the property was fantastic. Lots of space for the family, and so close to the beach! Wouldn't hesitate to rent again and Tom was very responsive."
