"Was a beautiful place to stay one the river. However, it was not quiet with boats blaring radios at 10 pm."

"Overall the house was nice and clean and located at the end of the street. Parking was easy, plenty of boat parking. House was quiet and not surrounded by neighbors, so that was a bonus.Unfortunately, we ran out of propane the first morning- the owner did say we can get one and get reimbursed- but it was just inconvenient to run out while cooking for a house full of people before a day on the water. And the freezer kept already cold items mostly frozen, but the ice cream and popsicles melted, and the ice we bought ahead of time was soft. Ice maker didn't work well either. No toiletries in the house at all- just something to keep in mind- i forgot shampoo (ugh!)Luckily, ice and propane were the majority of the issues. The property has a great view from the deck and is quiet. Pool is kind of small but gets the job done.Host was easy to get in touch with and check in was easy, launch ramp close by.One of the bedrooms you have to enter through the garage or master closet- I may have missed that in the listing but it was a little surprise at the time."

" Check in was a breeze! Very welcoming. Pool was ready for action though we dropped our bags in the room and headed for the beach! Grueling 5min drive! Lol! Upon return and turning in for night I noticed how tidy the room was and the fresh clean smell. Very comfortable sleep and a coffee setup for the morning In the room along with a continental breakfast in lobby. I will recommend to others and stay here on return visits. Thank you for the attention to detail! Christopher."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home in Lake Havasu City! One of the things we appreciated most was being able to bring our dogs along — it made the trip so much more enjoyable for our family. The house itself was exceptionally clean and incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. It was obvious that a lot of thought and care went into making guests feel comfortable.The backyard was absolutely lovely and truly one of the highlights of our stay. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable space to spend time in. We also can’t say enough good things about the host — they were very gracious, easy to communicate with, and always available if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu City!"
