It is a very nice Hotel. The SPA is very nice also the Gym. It's nothing extraordinary but for who likes to spend a couple of calm relaxing days like we did it is perfect. Room Climate was perfect and we even had Dove Shower Gel and Shampoo that smelled so nice.

Alright hotel next to Mulhouse. It’s really close to some social housing which led locals to recommend not hanging out at night very much around the area. Otherwise the hotel itself is in a commercial zone with a few shops and restaurants around. Being France everything closes pretty early especially on weekends. Room was large, carpet was plush although quite stained, walls were cuffed and a few other things were rough. It’s a modern style but that’s been used for a while or roughly used cause it shows. Fridge wasn’t cold, barely enough to keep the drinks under room temperature. Bed was comfy and AC was a life saver in the summer :). Breakfast was alright the variety is decent but quality was nothing to rave about. Breakfast staff was nice but looked rushed. Overall decent experience I’d give this hotel a 3/5 stars.

It is a typical holiday inn. Stay nice and accommodation. We are vegans and the bartender made us a nice salad. No other restaurants were open close by. Ok exercise room and pool.

Good Recommendation with some reservations
It was a one-night stay on our way to Switzerland. We recommend it, but we arrived at a time of national holiday. You can tell that they weren't running on full-staff. So cleanliness suffered a bit as well as other services (e.g. no WIFI !) For example the pool spa area was great, but a bit abandoned with broken equipment, cleanliness issues and very wet slippery floor. My daughter fell and hurt her head quite badly because of large puddles of water everywhere. Nonetheless and overall, we recommend this establishment and buck up the mishaps to the holiday season (it was Christmas).

Ni wifi
The hotel is ideally situated if travelling by car and you require a stop over. Easy access to Mulhouse and restaurant facilities are good. Our only issue was no WiFi in the room or at reception, which was an issue for us as we needed to communicate with our next stop over. Overall a great hotel

An overall pleasant stay
Very clean and spacious room; discreet and friendly service; ample parking space; very nice place to stay! Just the selection of coffee in the morning has some room for improvement: In my opinion a cappuccino is a standard and should be available at the coffeemachine at breakfast - or even better be served... But otherwise a pleasant place to stay...

Overnight stay for 1 night
We stopped here for just the 1 night to break up our drive to lake Garda and the hotel was perfect. Swimming pool for the kids, nice Italian restaurant next door and comfortable room.

What more could you ask for? Well, veggie options at the hotel restaurant would be nice, and a microwave. But otherwise, a nice hotel in a totally uninteresting location. If we didn't have a car, we would have been unhappy. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and you can order the type of pillow you want (soft/firm, synthetic/down). I would stay there again if I had a car. Oh, yeah, the sauna didn't get as hot as I like...

If you have to stay in Mulhouse . . . .
We went to Mulhouse to visit the train museum. Supposedly this hotel was within a mile's walking distance from the museum. Couldn't find a workable map. Suspect the distance was two or three miles. No public transport. Hotel accessed from the railway station by expensive taxi rides. Much better proposition if you want to visit the train museum would be to stay in Basel or Strasbourg and make a day trip.

Horrible Experience
We complained about the room being hot and the A/C not working. We were told that the AC did not work during the time of year we were there. I asked if someone could open a window for us and we were told that people might jump from the windows so they cannot open them. They did agree to move us to a room on the otherside of the building away from the sun and I was able to myself open a window and get some air in with no help from the staff. All they would reply when I complained was "sorry".

You know that expression the customer is always right. Well here they prefer everyone EXCEPT the customer is right. Oh and they actually COME IN TO YOUR ROOM AND CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND THEM TO TELL YOU THIS!! I have NEVER experienced such bad service in all my life. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Below Holiday inn Standard
This Holiday inn is below what you would expect; its more like Holiday inn Express (3 Stars and Not 4 Stars); Nothing is included in your typical Holiday inn Hotels, Breakfast is not included; Internet doesn’t work and when I ask to be fixed they said that they have a computer with Internet in the Lobby for a charge!! The Management that runs this Hotel does not look after Customer Satisfaction but Rather Customer Pocket! Location is Far from Basel (35 Minutes Driving) so if you are planning to visit Basel, this Hotel is not suitable because you need to run through Border Security check every time you pass; the Bathroom is also very small and the room is smaller than what is shown in the picture; I will never stay in this Hotel again if I am visiting the area in the future!

Holiday Inn Mulhouse, France
We were doing the Alsace Wine Tour, couldn't find a hotel in one of the towns on the actual route so ended up at the Holiday Inn in Mulhouse, a little ways away. We could not have been happier with our choice. The Holiday Inn was a very good value for the money. Parking was free, wifi was free, breakfast was included, the bed was comfortable...everything was great! I highly recomment the Holiday Inn in Mulhouse.

A Holiday Inn with a French Tweeest.
The location is extremely quiet so you can get the rest you need after checking out the vineyards in the area. Also, has plenty of extras including a spa and pool. The locations is 20min away from Basel Euroaport so, great location!!

Good business hotel with free WiFi, pool and sauna. Free parking and steakhouse next to the hotel. Close to the highway and shopping center Perfect if you've got a car. Wouldn't stay there for leisure if I wanted to visit the city though, as it is not central. But for business, a perfect place to stay!

If you are visiting Basel, this hotel is a diaster!
This hotel is in France, NOT Switzerland. It is a $80 taxi ride, and a half hour train ride from Basel to the hotel. You need different Euros instead of Swiss Francs. The Swiss and French train schedules to NOT match, so it is difficult to determine when the trains REALLY run. Then there are the ""pleasant"" border control agents to deal with. This hotel SHOULD NOT be a choice for a Basel hotel. The hotel was extremely nice, and the staff was a helpful as they could be, but they do not have access to Swiss train schedules, so their hands were tied. The breakfast was wonderful! When visiting Basel, stay in Switzerland.

Accueil froid. L’hôtel est situé loin du centre-ville. Il y a une station de tram à 10min à pied mais c’est au coeur d’une ZUP. Espace spa agréable. Chambres propres mais assez basiques par rapport aux 4 étoiles (pas de peignoir pour le spa, pas de machine à café…). Petit-déjeuner varié. Le parking payant (12€) n’est pas utile car il y a plein de places de stationnement à l’extérieur.

Soweit war alles in Ordnung, aber das Personal war einfach uniteressiert. Aber die Zimmer waren Sauber, und das schwimmbad auch, lediglich die Dampfsauna war gesperrt. und für den Whirlpool fehlt die Anleitung. Bademantel muß man sich erbetteln, Badetücher ebenfalls und auch die Hausschuhe gab es nicht automatisch.
