Just a 2-minute walk from the lake and offering lake views from the upstairs main bedroom, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home – including a separate sleepout is ideal for families or small groups seeking both relaxation and adventure.  
  
The main house features a light-filled open-plan living space, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Unwind in the cozy lounge, gather for meals in the dining area, or cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful surroundings perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.  
  
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed and a private ensuite complete with a shower, bath, vanity, and toilet, as well as elevated views of Lake Taupo. Downstairs, a second bedroom includes two king single beds, perfect for both adults and children. A modern main bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity adds convenience, along with an additional shower located in the laundry area.  
  
The detached sleepout provides added privacy and flexibility, featuring a king bed and its own ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity ideal for couples or extra guests.  
  
Private parking includes two off-street car parks within the property, and a private driveway makes access simple. The garage is available for secure storage of bikes, kayaks, and other gear ideal for guests planning to enjoy the region’s outdoor offerings.
