The property is on the main area of Hat Yai, so you can walk to good foods and shop. The deal is good for solo traveling like I do.

The room was too spacious for two persons. Receptionist welcomed us with big smile and willing to help us during our stay. We were allowed to check in as early as 9am which very convenient for us. Looking forward to stay here again in the future :)

This hotel location is ok, safety is ok,but inside the room is very empty, there's no wardrobe, kettle,mini bar, dressing table and the worse thing is there's no telephone in the room.

Suited our needs, basic and cheap.
Was ideal for what we needed - a base to stay for a few hours after our flight to hat yai and before our bus and boat to koh life. Clean, basic and cheap. Ask for a room away from the road.

The room was without minibar, kettle, glass, teaspoon, tissue. The room is not sound proof... you can practically hear footsteps upstairs, corridor or when people talking while passing by you room. The room is without phone, it was inconvenient to request for some of the basic things.

Budget hotel, good location
Location is good, very near to Lee Gardens and Kim Yong market. The only thing that was lacking was there were no cups. Need to go to lobby to get water and we bought cups just to make coffee. Toilet a bit old but otherwise OK. Will come back again to this hotel

Strategic location with Lee Garden walking street within walking distance. English speaking receptionists were friendly and professional. Spacious room with quality fittings and furnitures. Good water pressure and functional water heater.
