Located just two blocks from the hospital, across from St. Cecilia, and within walking distance of downtown, this quiet, centrally located retreat is ideal for extended stays, traveling professionals, and families settling in for great stays from 2-90 days. Though set in a basement apartment, guests enjoy a private entrance, private driveway, and large windows that make the space bright and inviting. With sleeping space for up to six (king, queen, futon, and fold-out sleeper), plus a walk-in closet that doubles as a flexible bonus room, the apartment adapts easily for longer-term comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. You’ll also have a washer and dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace/office, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and practical. Extended Stay Policy We host stays from 2 to 90 days. For visits longer than two weeks, guests are asked to schedule and cover a professional cleaning every two weeks ($95).
