Fancy staying in the Old Town of Hastings without having to duck every time you enter a room?   
Then this is the perfect house for your stay. packed full of modern features including down stairs wetroom, large open plan ground floor. Upstairs has two king bedrooms and a further bathroom.   
This houses location is great, close to all the action, right by parking, easily found and only seconds from the Old Rectory/St Clements Church.  
Located on The Bourne, Hastings Old Town, this house is in a central position for the shops, history and parking.   
  
The ground floor offers a large, sweeping open plan kitchen/living/dining area with modern kitchen, tiled flooring through into the garden to give an uninterrupted flow down stairs.  
  
The kitchen includes:  
  
Fridge/freezer  
Large oven and gas hob  
Washing machine   
Dishwasher  
Pots and pans for standard cooking  
Plates, bowls and cutlery  
Mugs and glasses  
Washing up liquid and cleaning products  
  
In the living/dining area there's a 6 seater table and chairs, space for 2 at the breakfast bar.  
Pull out 2 sester sofa bed into a double bed (extra charge for linen) smart TV and free view box.   
  
Outside offers a raised bed with plenty of plants, curved shelter over head with curved seating bench and Outside furniture  
  
Completing the downstairs is a walking shower room with electric shower, w.c. and sink.   
  
Upstairs comprises of two king bedrooms both with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and open rails for hanging clothes. The outlooks are pleasant and the double glazing blocks out the outside world.   
  
The bathroom has a full length bath with shower above and a sink and toilet to complete the room.
