Discover Hastings and make lasting memories from this delightful 4-bedroom cottage. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a cozy window-seat bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Its great location is central to everything Hastings has to offer including Hastings Senior High School and Hastings Museum. The air conditioned (and heated) cottage features modern amenities including Dream Cloud mattresses, a Keurig coffee maker with frother, gas grill, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the cozy living room and dining room with dining table that expands to seat six. We welcome longer stays and offer 20% discount to 4 week stays or longer. We require a cleaning (paid by you) at least every 4 weeks.

Play foosball, board games, or stream TV programming with included WIFI (in the front room or any of the bedrooms) to unwind. Relax on the private backyard deck overlooking the spacious backyard with gas grill and picnic area. Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms—one equipped with a walk-in shower, the other with a soaker bathtub and double sinks. It's easy to see why you'll be able to have enjoyable get-togethers, relax and sleep comfortably at our charming cottage. A queen air mattress is also provided. The house is next to a busy street which may bother some. White noise machines are provided in all bedrooms. Guests say the amenities, comfort and charm of this house makes up for any road noise.

A wonderful feature is the back deck which overlooks the serene and spacious fenced backyard. Prior guest often mention enjoying the back yard space.

Note—Though the listing says no events allowed we will consider events like bridal and baby showers, small family birthday parties, etc. Just have any such event cleared with us first. Smoking is only allowed outside in the provided front patio smoking area.
