The holiday house for four people is on the little Hirschbüchenkopf holiday complex. There are a total of five holiday houses for two people and two holiday houses for four people. The complex is right in the midst of the Harz forests and invites you to relax and enjoy yourselves. Owing to the central location, it is easy to explore the many places of interest in the Harz region. The holiday complex is right by the Selketal-Stieg, away from hustle and bustle, amidst forests between Siptenfelde and Güntersberge.  
  
There is a terrace with garden furniture outside. There are playing lawns, a bowling alley, grill areas, a volleyball court, a large chess game, a beer garden and a gastronomic establishment on the complex. Breakfast and dinner can be served on request in the gastronomic establishment on the extensive site. The property is accessed along a forest trail about 1.5km long.  
  
The holiday house o 45m² provides a bathroom with a shower and WC, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa corner and TV, and two bedrooms with a double bed.
