A public beach is just down the road, and guests will enjoy close proximity to various Harwich Port attractions during their stay, but once you step inside, you may not want to leave! Highlights include a tranquil screened-in porch, a stylish contemporary kitchen, and access to a private patio for alfresco cooking and dining. The sunny upstairs loft features two desk work stations, perfect for remote work or schooling. Cozy nooks are all throughout this space, as well as skylights. Relaxation comes easy in this peaceful home by the shore. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not currently available for use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. We had a wonderful 1-week stay at Seaside Sanctuary cottage. The unit was very clean, had a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. There were so many places to hang out in comfort: the sunroom, the side patio, the table, the counter, the living room. The location is a dream. Steps to the beach past similarly beautiful homes. The neighborhood felt like a Hollywood set of an ideal place to grow up. For anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and SAFE property, this is what you have been looking for! The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The home is a beautiful cape house, with a 1 minute walking time from the beach. Chatham is 10 minutes and downtown is a very nice area - especially the Squire! The beds are extremely comfortable, the house comes fully stocked with toiletries, kitchen needs, and any utensils you need. The kitchen is very nice and can be used to cook any meal you choose. Upstairs is small, but has a nice book nook at the top of the stairs and a nice second bedroom. Outside, the porch is glassed in and weather-proof. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There are plenty of towels as well.
